Welcome to Pixelsito. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Pixelsito's pixel art editor (the "Service"). By using the Service, these Terms are accepted in full. If any part of these Terms is not agreeable, the Service should not be used.
Pixelsito is a free, browser-based pixel art editor. No account or payment is required to use it. The Service is provided for personal and commercial creative use, including making art for games, personal projects, and other creative work.
Anything created using Pixelsito belongs entirely to the person who created it. Pixelsito does not claim any ownership over artwork, projects, or files made with the Service. Because projects are stored locally in the browser rather than on any servers, Pixelsito does not have access to, and cannot recover, content that is lost due to clearing browser data, device changes, or similar circumstances. Regularly saving or exporting important work is recommended.
The Service should not be used to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, or is intended to harm, harass, or exploit others. Attempting to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service is also not permitted.
The Pixelsito name, logo, and the editor's own code, design, and branding are the property of Pixelsito and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission. This does not apply to artwork created by users of the Service, which remains their own.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the Service running smoothly, no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixelsito is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or artwork.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date above will be updated when that happens. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
